Negotiation of joint ventures between Limited Partners (investors) and General Partners: Frequently, where there are more than one investor, joint venture agreements need to be negotiated and documented with accompanying analysis showing returns to each party and promote fees to operating partner. With economics agreed, we then follow tax advice to create the most efficient ownership / shareholding structure to hold and manage a project.
