Christopher has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Having qualified in London with a solid foundation in valuation and rent reviews, Christopher moved to Asia in 1993 where he established the commercial department of the niche valuations firm Sallmanns (now part of JLL). Success here took him to The John Buck Company and then to Colliers International where he was a founding member of the firm’s Asian corporate services offering, being responsible for the winning and managing key relationships with firms such as FedEx, Coca-Cola and Honeywell. It was here that he learnt the key skill of looking at space from an occupier’s point of view.

His family office experience began in 2006, when he moved to Citi Private Bank. Here, his team sourced, structured and distributed third party-managed private equity real estate funds focusing on the emerging markets. After four years, he joined Deutsche Bank’s private bank’s Global Real Estate division to be Co-Head of Asia, performing similar functions. Family education brought him back to the UK in 2011 to be Co-head of Cardales, DB Private Bank’s real estate fund management arm. Here he was able to establish a popular new practice assisting clients and family offices to acquire direct real estate assets in the UK. In 2012, Christopher left DB and established Curzon Land (UK) Ltd.

Christopher holds a BSc. in Estate Management from Oxford Polytechnic, supplemented by an RICS Post Graduate Diploma in Property Investmentfrom the College of Estate Management. He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
