Team Assembly
We recognise our own limitations. Every project, be it a simple acquisition or a full redevelopment, needs the right team; the right specialists need to be identified and brough in. Assembling the best team often falls to Curzon Land as the Owner’s representative. We are good at finding and managing the right team for the specific project, be it lawyers, engineers, QS, designers and architects, procurement and cost consultants, Project managers, tax advisors.
